Crowne Polo Apartments Message to WFU Law Students

Dear Wake Law Class of 2012:

 Congratulations on both your acceptance and decision to attend Wake Forest Law! You are truly joining an elite group of compassionate scholars and, perhaps most importantly, an extraordinary community which cares deeply about its students and alumni.  At Crowne Polo we genuinely understand and respect the unique needs of law students: proximity, space, privacy, and that intangible feeling that you are truly at “home.” This year we are the first residential community in Winston-Salem to cater to the specific needs of law students by offering clusters of apartment homes for ease of study group formation as well as social and professional networking.

 There are two buildings designated for these unique clusters of both two and three bedroom apartment homes. These apartments are available for move in either in July or August but we are only able to hold the selected units until Sunday, June 7, 2009.

 Substantial savings are also being offered in conjunction with these specific clusters and the corresponding law student house hunt this weekend:

 

- 1 BR Deluxe – $675 per month (a savings of up to $110 per month)

- 1 BR Diplomat – $675 (a savings of up to $120 per month)

- 2 BR Executive – $775 (a savings of up to $135 per month)

- 2BR Phoenix – $800 (a savings of up to $135 per month)

- 3 BR Regency – $1,125 (a savings of up to $190 per month)

- 3 BR Ambassador – $1,125 (a savings of up to $175 per month)

These savings also extend to our entire community.

 As of last week, approximately 10% of the incoming 1L Class of 2012 has already signed leases at Crowne Polo. We have received a number of phone calls this week from matriculating law students hoping to beat the House Hunt this weekend so, needless to say, there is a genuine sense of urgency for those of you who are interested due to the fact that our available housing stock is extremely limited.

Important Reminder!

Just a reminder to all of our residents that may be leaving for an extended time period over the holidays to lower your heat but not turn it off.  It is VERY important that the heat is left on (at least 60 degrees) to avoid pipes from freezing during the time you are away.  We have already had several freeze warnings early in the season and we don’t want you to come home to a flooded apartment.
